Prerequisites
To be able to access this view in edit mode, you need the Yard Blocks - Live View privilege. No privilege is required to open this view in Preview mode.
You can view a single yard section in a separate window, with the section name showing in the title bar. This is the equivalent to yard section views in XPS.
If the Yard Block window or the Yard Sections view is open in Preview mode, the Yard Section view also opens in Preview mode. In Preview mode, the following options are not available.
You can access this view by:
clicking a section in the Yard Block window (on page 1).
magnifying a section in the Yard Sections view or Scan Selected Units view. See View multiple yard sections (on page 1).
The yard section window shows side-by-side stacks in a cross-section view, with row and column labels. By displaying large container icons, this view provides more detail than the Yard Block window (on page 1) or when you view multiple yard sections (on page 1).
